Cleaning Sprays

Make your own cleaning spray

cleaning-sprays

You will need a clean, empty trigger spray bottle to make the following cleansers.
  1. A reasonable amount of bleach and a small squirt of washing-up liquid will make the best all round cleaner. This solution removes soap residue from showers, cleans the whole bathroom, kitchen, green algae from conservatory roofs and clean PVC window frames.
  2. For a ready made disinfectant, i.e. Flash, Zoflora, Dettol etc, pour this neat into your bottle and top with water (please read the diluting instructions). This is excellent for cleaning down your work tops, kitchen table, or whatever the instructions say on the disinfectant you buy. And you will find your disinfectant will last months, saving you pounds.

2. Never rub a stain

3. Mix a teaspoon of dish washing detergent with a cup of warm water

4. Spoon some of this detergent mixture onto the stain

5. Let it stand for 5 minutes

6. Rinse the stain with a little warm water, and carefully blot dry

If the stain is stubborn:

7. Mix one part of white vinegar to two parts water

Dark beers such as Guinness will cause the worst stain due to its dark coloring.

2. Blot

3. Mix one third cup of white household vinegar with two thirds cup of water

4. Blot

5. Sponge with clean water

6. Blot
